Silvia Lago

Based in Barcelona, Silvia has more than 20 years of management consulting experience, having led assessment and development programs for leaders and leadership teams in Europe, North and South America, and Africa.

Over the course of her career, Silvia has worked with top-tier clients across a broad range of industries. In 2015, she founded inSynch Global, a management consulting firm, where she built and managed a global network of coaches, consultants, and facilitators who provided leadership assessment and development solutions to clients. Before inSynch, she was a principal at another executive search firm delivering C-suite search and assessment assignments in the technology and FMCG space. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at Amrop in a variety of consulting roles in their Sao Paulo, London, Miami, and Barcelona offices. She started her career at KPMG.
