Sarah Ladd Eames leads the Global Health Services Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA). She specializes in succession planning and recruiting CEOs and other senior leaders for healthcare and life sciences companies. Based in New York, Sarah serves a diverse group of clients comprised of Fortune 500, mid-cap, and emerging growth companies. She has recruited for multisite for-profit and private equity healthcare services companies, managed care organizations, academic medical centers, comprehensive cancer centers, and integrated delivery systems.
Sarah co-founded RRA’s CEO Roundtable for Healthcare initiative. She offers clients a broad industry perspective and strategic viewpoint that leverages her more than 25 years of diverse healthcare services and board of director experience. Prior to joining RRA, Sarah was the deputy chairman and CEO of Allied Healthcare International, a publicly-traded company. She also held roles of increasing responsibility at American Hospital Supply Corporation, Apria Healthcare Group, Baxter International, and Johnson & Johnson.
Sarah has served on several publicly listed and private equity boards as well as currently serving as a board member for the Royal Oak Foundation (National Trust) and Visiting Nurse Service of New York. She previously served as a board director for the Smithsonian Libraries and Trinity Health.
