Sarabeth Tukey

Sarabeth serves as Practice Leader for Russell Reynolds' Operations & Supply Chain Officers (OSCO), Americas team. Based in New York, Sarabeth advises Fortune 500 and leading private equity companies on search and succession for Boards, CEOs, and supply chain leaders across the Industrial Goods, Industrial Services, and Consumer sectors. She also serves as a senior leader in the Private Capital practice.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Sarabeth was a senior manager in PwC's people and organization consulting practice. In this role, she was a strategic partner to globally recognized clients, advising industry leaders on organizational design, talent management, change management, and M&A integration. Before her work in consulting, Sarabeth was a musical theatre actor and director in both London and New York.
