Sarabeth Tukey

Based in New York, Sarabeth leads search and succession projects for CEOs, supply chain officers, strategy, and other C-suite executives. She is a senior leader in the firm’s industrial, energy and natural resources sector, and operations & supply chain officers (OSCO) practices.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Sarabeth was a senior manager in PwC's people and organization consulting practice. In this role, she was a strategic partner to globally recognized clients, advising industry leaders on organizational design, talent management, change management, and M&A integration. Before her work in consulting, Sarabeth was a musical theatre actor and director in both London and New York.
