Corrado Menghini provides leadership and strategic advice to clients in the financial services as well as in the human resources space.
Based in Zürich, Corrado leads the Swiss office for Russell Reynolds Associates. He serves both international and national clients across board, CEO and functional leadership roles
Corrado joined us from the Boston Consulting Group, where he was a project leader, mentor, lead coach for EMEA training, and core member of the Swiss recruiting team. During his tenure, he worked on client engagements in Switzerland, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America. Before BCG, Corrado worked in the CFO department of UBS.
Corrado holds both a BA and MA in business administration, and a PhD in accounting, all from the University of Zurich. He is a native speaker of German and Italian, and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
