Based in Paris and working across the Technology Sector, Agathe leads talent searches in Europe and globally, across telecoms & connectivity, professional & technology services, and software & cloud. Additionally, she specializes in recruiting and assessing digital and cybersecurity talents broadly across industries. She has extensive experience working with listed companies, family-owned businesses, and private equity portfolio companies.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Agathe worked in London and Paris and spent three years with Kroll, a global investigations and business intelligence company, where she advised international companies and public sector organizations on matters relating to risks, forensics, fraud and disputes.
