James is a seasoned consultant having been with Russell Reynolds Associates for more than 20 years. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and leads its Global Financial Services industry group. During his tenure, he has completed hundreds of projects helping clients with CEO, board, C-suite, and specialist assignments. As a trusted advisor, he works with clients headquartered in Asia Pacific and globally, with a focus on banking and private capital segments.

With a unique capability to evaluate and nurture existing and potential leaders on an international scale, James brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Based in Singapore, James began his career with Russell Reynolds in London before relocating with the firm.
